I will be leaving this blog here for archival purposes.  I have imported all my posts into the new location so you can delete any bookmarks you may have saved here and recreate the new.

Since Jorryn’s birth, I’ve really been excited about preserving those special moments that come out of nowhere. She’s becoming quite a ham for the camara and I love taking all those pictures. I can really explore my creativity with her for as long as she’s up to it … usually about 30 minutes. It’s really great fun! Last weekend, she was sitting on mom’s lap while we were at the rodeo. The look in her eyes as she watched everyone parade through the arena on horses was priceless. I’m glad I was able to catch it.

As a portrait photographer that is working out of my home, I’m constantly looking for a little spot I can call home somewhere in the Oklahoma City area.  I need a place to schedule portrait sessions, bridal sessions, and portraiture of all types.  I would consider a larger home, so I’m always in the market to find a better place to live, the only caveat is that I have to be able to afford it! I need a place I can really expand my home studio. People need to be able to get to it quickly from just about any part of town, they must be able to get a mental picture of where it’s located when they find out the general area, and it must be in a great part of town.

The material I was looking for finally came in and it’s been a real joy to pour over.  A very nice freelance journalist over in Arkansas was kind enough to provide me with some really great stuff.  I can tell she got a lot out of it.  I’m looking forward to talking with her more. Friendships are invaluable

d70s.jpgNow that I’ve done my spring cleaning in the winter, gotten my Blog up and running, fixed the Gallery on the Blog and had the chance to get some paperwork done, I took the liberty of putting together several of my favorite photos in an album and lugged that around with me for the last couple of days.  Just to kindof show off some of the things I’ve been doing this year. (more…)

My gosh what a mess. I’ve just been taking the snow days I’ve had off and cleaning, grouping, tagging, and describing all the photos I’ve been taking over the last few months. (more…)

Welcome to our little part of the world !  This is our first post, on November 28th, 2006.  We’re just coming back from our Thanksgiving feast with friends and family in Central Missouri.  I’ll post some of the photos I took a little later, I’m enjoying several of them so far.

I’ll be posting various tidbits here that should help you get to know me/us and will help you make your decisions about using a photographer easier.

Look for us frequently.
